WordCamps are highly inclusive events. I’ll tell you my story, I was a shy boy with little English experience. One year ago I went to the first WordCamp in Italy, where I spoke just with 3 local people, later, in the next WordCamps, I started to have English speaking friends, and in the last WordCamp, I became a speaker myself! I will talk about my experience in WordCamps: how to participate in the events and how they helped me to grow professionally, as a speaker and, moreover – as a person!
