Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9norme soutien re\u00e7u de l\u2019espace de coworking Voisins, qui nous accueillera pour cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, et de la Fondation des Apprentis d\u2019Auteuil, qui s\u2019occupera de tous nos repas et de la f\u00eate du samedi soir, il n\u2019y a aucun probl\u00e8me pour d\u00e9placer le WordCamp. Celui-ci aura donc lieu samedi 10 octobre 2020. Nous remercions vivement Voisins et la Fondation des Apprentis d\u2019Auteuil pour leur flexibilit\u00e9 ! La journ\u00e9e de contribution chez Infomaniak se tiendra probablement le vendredi 9 octobre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La date du samedi 10 octobre reste bien entendu fix\u00e9e sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019une am\u00e9lioration globale concernant le coronavirus. Une d\u00e9cision finale sera prise dans le courant de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 concernant le maintien ou l\u2019annulation compl\u00e8te de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019ici l\u00e0, nous ne vendrons pas de nouveaux billets et ne chercherons pas de nouveaux sponsors. Nous n\u2019avons re\u00e7u que tr\u00e8s peu de demandes de la part des participant.e.s pour un remboursement du billet. Nous allons envoyer aujourd\u2019hui le lien sp\u00e9cifique permettant le remboursement \u00e0 chaque demande re\u00e7ue. Nos sponsors nous ont \u00e9galement t\u00e9moign\u00e9 leur grand soutien. Nous n\u2019avons pas re\u00e7u de demande d\u2019annulation de leur part et nous leur disons un grand merci !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maintenant que nous avons une date, il se peut qu\u2019il y ait un ou deux changements au niveau des orateur.trice.s, mais dans l\u2019ensemble, le programme annonc\u00e9 devrait rester quasiment identique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les participant.e.s, sponsors ou orateur.trice.s qui souhaiteraient annuler leur participation sont invit\u00e9s r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&rsquo;e-mail re\u00e7u. Nous nous esp\u00e9rons toutefois que vous ne serez pas nombreux.ses \u00e0 choisir cette option et nous r\u00e9jouissons de vous accueillir toutes et tous d\u2019ici quelques mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019ici l\u00e0, nous vous souhaitons de rester en pleine forme !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"newdate\">WordCamp Geneva new date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/2020.geneve.wordcamp.org\/wordcamp-geneve-reporte\/#postponed\">WordCamp postponement<\/a> announced on 28th February 2020<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of February, we had to choose between cancelling or postponing the WordCamp Gen\u00e8va. We\u2019re very thankful for the huge support from the Voisins coworking space, who will be hosting us, and the Fondation des Apprentis d\u2019Auteuil, who will take care of all our meals and the party on Saturday evening. A change of date wasn\u2019t a problem for either of them! The WordCamp Gen\u00e8ve will therefore take place on Saturday 10th October 2020. Many thanks to Voisins and the Fondation des Apprentis d\u2019Auteuil for their flexibility! The contributor day will probably be held on Friday 9th October at Infomaniak premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The date of Saturday 10th October, of course, remains subject to an overall improvement of the situation concerning the coronavirus. We will make our final decision during the summer and decide then whether to maintain or to cancel the event altogether.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until then, we will not be selling any further tickets or looking for any new sponsors. We have received very few ticket refund requests from participants. We will be sending out today the specific link for a refund for each request we receive. Our sponsors have also been very supportive. We haven\u2019t registered any cancellation requests, and we wish to express our thanks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that we have a date, there may be one or two changes regarding the speakers, but on the whole, the programme should remain more or less unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants, sponsors or speakers who would like to cancel their participation are invited to reply to the email they received.
